What is a mood tracker? A mood tracker is a visual chart that helps you keep track of how you are feeling over a period of time. Many people who keep mood trackers find it relaxing, and also informative. It is a tool that people use to make sure they are not getting too stressed out, worried or sad. Suggested Materials: -Pencil -Markers (or any coloring tool) -White paper In the video at the top of this page, I show you how to make three different mood trackers, but feel free to make your own based on your own interests. Maybe try making a sports themed mood tracker, or a mood tracker based on your favorite movie or book. The possibilities are endless.

We have used maps for centuries to keep track of where we are going in the real world. Maps are an important tool that many people use in their everyday lives. We can use digital maps on our phone to find where we are going, or we can use paper maps to see a big picture of our world. But what if we could make a map of our mind? What would be on your map? Try to think of interests specific to you that might be represented on your map.
